Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are established to inform participants of the details and conditions for participating in the activity "Get 500,000 PEPE* Just trade via EASY BUY/SELL feature on Binance TH by Gulf Binance" with a total of 300 rewards ("Activity"). Participants must accept and agree to the details of the activity period, the rules of participation, the rewards, and the following terms and conditions.
New user is a user who completes identity verification (KYC) between 18 July 2024 at 7:00 P.M. and 31 July 2024 11:59 P.M.
Existing user is a user who completes identity verification (KYC) before 18 July 2024 at 7:00 P.M.
This activity is organized by Gulf Binance Co., Ltd. (“The Company”)
Participants who are eligible to receive rewards are those who follow the rules of participation and terms and conditions within the activity period.
The awarding of rewards is at the sole discretion of the Company. In the event of a dispute, or if any participant is found to be using impolite language, engaging in behavior deemed inappropriate by the Company, or exhibiting dishonest conduct or intentions, the Company reserves the right to immediately disqualify such participants from receiving any rewards associated with the activity. The Company's decision in this regard shall be final and binding.
In the event that the Company observes any images, messages, or posts that are deemed inappropriate, potentially harmful to the Company, defamatory towards others, or causing damage to others, the Company reserves the right to immediately remove such content. Additionally, the Company retains the right to seek damages from the participants of the activity responsible for such actions.
The Company limits the right to receive rewards to 1 right per 1 account throughout the activity period.
Participants must fill out the form within the activity period to be eligible for the rewards.
The Company will award rewards to participants who follow all rules based on the time and order of successful trade via EASY BUY/SELL
Failure to complete the identity verification process (KYC) within the activity period will result in forfeiture of rewards.

Regarding reward distribution, in the event of any malfunction or circumstances beyond the Company's control, and in cases where the Company identifies an error in the awarding of rewards, the Company reserves the right to cancel the awarding of rewards and/or reclaim the rewards immediately, without prior notice to the participants of this activity.
Winners cannot exchange rewards for cash or any other benefits from the Company and shall not transfer the right to receive the reward to any other person, nor shall the reward be used in conjunction with any other activities.
In the event that the Company discovers that an individual eligible for a reward, or a recipient of a reward under this activity, (a) intends to use or behaves in a manner that suggests the reward will be used for business purposes or inappropriately, or (b) violates any terms and conditions of this activity, or (c) engages in fraudulent, corrupt, or illegal activities, or (d) for any other reason, is deemed ineligible to claim or use the reward, the Company reserves the right to disqualify such individuals from receiving any rewards under this activity and/or reclaim any rewards already granted, and/or take any other actions deemed appropriate by the Company, without prior notice.
The Company reserves the right to disqualify employees from participating in this activity.
The Company reserves the right to disqualify trades that are deemed to be wash trades or illegally bulk registered accounts, as well as trades that display attributes of self-dealing or market manipulation.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to consider amending, changing and/or canceling this campaign and related terms and conditions without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to cancellation, extension or suspension of this campaign, eligibility conditions, selection criteria and number of users eligible for rewards, and the length of time any action will be taken. All users must agree to be bound and accept the standard terms and conditions of this campaign.
Participants in the activity warrant that the information used for identity verification is their own and is accurate. If the Company discovers that such information is false and/or does not belong to the participant, the Company reserves the right to cancel the reward and seek damages from the participant.
