Announcement on Enhancing Measures Against Mule Accounts by Gulf Binance Co., Ltd.

Due to the increasing severity of money laundering and cybercrime activities involving mule accounts, which have caused widespread harm to victims, Gulf Binance Co., Ltd. ("the Company") is implementing enhanced verification measures and additional restrictions to improve the effectiveness of prevention and suppression efforts. These measures are aligned with the guidelines set forth by The Royal Thai Police, The Securities and Exchange Commission, and The Bank of Thailand. Details are as follows:

🔹 New Measures:
Effective February 1, 2025, new customers who open an account with the Company will be restricted from withdrawing digital assets until they complete additional identity verification as required by the Company. 🔹 Development of Real-Time Mule Account Detection Technology:
Furthermore, the Company is developing a real-time mule account detection system utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology and behavioral data analysis. This system will enable rapid detection and suspension of withdrawals from suspicious accounts, as well as asset freezing for accounts identified as high-risk. The primary objective of this initiative is to maximize the recovery of assets for victims.

The Company remains committed to strengthening measures to prevent and combat mule account-related issues and will continue to closely collaborate with relevant authorities to ensure the highest level of effectiveness in addressing this matter.
