Binance TH Referral Program Terms and Conditions

By participating and using the referral code/link/QR code generated under the Binance TH Referral Program, you agree and accept the Referral Program standard terms and conditions as set out below.

To be eligible for the Referral Program, the Referrer must successfully complete the account opening and KYC with Binance TH.

By participating in this Referral Program, the Referrer can invite new users to register and trade on Binance TH through a unique referral code/link/QR code (“Unique Referral Code”). When someone registers through your Unique Referral Code, they will be automatically attributed as your referred traders. You’ll receive a commission of up to 20% on every trade your referees make from Spot trading on digital tokens only. (See details of digital token at digital asset classifications)

The Referrer acknowledges and accepts that the Referrer cannot and has no influence on Binance TH’s decision in its approval process for account opening or credit limit for the referees.

The Referrer shall not provide any advice or recommendation to buy, sell or exchange in relation to any digital tokens.

The Referrer shall not take orders to buy, sell or exchange digital tokens from the referees.

The Referrer shall not provide or arrange referees’ custodial services of their digital tokens.

Binance TH reserves the right to disqualify users from participating in the Binance TH Referral Program and revoke any commissions from users who engage in dishonest or abusive activities to earn commissions. This includes bulk-account registrations to obtain additional bonuses, using “phishing” websites containing referral links, posting referral links as advertisements on search engines, and any other activity concerning unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

All referees must strictly abide by the Binance TH by Gulf Binance Terms of Use. Any breach of the Terms of Use will exclude the user from generating earnings for the Binance TH Referral Program commissions.

Binance TH has the sole discretion to decide and determine whether a Referrer will be entitled to earn any commissions and reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.

If we find that a user has deleted their existing account to create a new one so he/she can benefit from the Binance TH Referral Program, Binance TH reserves the right to terminate all referral commissions from such an account and/or other related accounts.

Binance TH reserves the right to cancel or amend the Binance TH Referral Program, the benefits, the commissions or the program terms and conditions at our sole discretion.

Employees of Binance TH are not entitled to participate in the Referral Program.
