Temporary Suspension of National Digital ID Verification System (NDID) from 16/10/2024-17/10/2024 Due to System Maintenance by Service Provider

BINANCE TH will temporarily suspend verification via the National Digital ID Verification System (NDID) due to service provider system maintenance, as per the schedule below. However, you can complete the verification at the KIOSK at an AIS or Telewiz shop (Dip chip)* and continue to use other services as usual while the verification is being processed.


Scope of maintenance	:	NDID System Temporarily Out of Service
Impact	:	During maintenance, customers will not be able to digitally verify identity through the NDID system.
Maintenance Date	:	16-17 October 2024
Maintenance Time	:	21:00 - 05:00 (UTC+7)
