Temporarily closed for maintenance of the Identity verification system on 24/06/2024

Binance TH has scheduled a temporary shutdown of the Optical Character Recognition system (OCR) and the face detection system (Face Comparison) as part of the service provider's system improvement cycle. Please note that this impact is limited to KYC verification only. All other services will remain available as usual.


Scope of maintenance	:	Optical Character Recognition system (OCR) and the face detection system (Face Comparison)
Impact	:	During maintenance, we will be unable to provide the following services. 1. Unable to photograph ID cards (OCR). 2. Unable to detect and compare faces (Face Comparison)
Maintenance Date	:	June 24th, 2024
Maintenance Time	:	20:00 - 21:00 (UTC+7)
