How to Join

1. For new users who have never registered on BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance before, complete registration and identity verification (KYC) on BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance and click ‘Join Now’ (via this link: https://www.binance.th/en/campaign/Oct24NewUser) during the campaign period.
2. For users who have already registered on BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance before but have not completed the identity verification (KYC), complete the identity verification (KYC) on BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance and click ‘Join Now’ (via this link: https://www.binance.th/en/campaign/Oct24NewUser) during the campaign period.
3. Once procedures in item 1 and 2 above is completed (as applicable), participants are eligible to receive BNBtoken amount equivalent to 500 THB via Voucher.
4. Rewards will be distributed to participant’s BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance account via a voucher. 
1. Participants who completed the campaign by 15 October 2024 will get a voucher by 31 October 2024.
2. Participants who completed the campaign by 31 October 2024 will get a voucher by 18 November 2024.
5. The voucher will be available until 30 November 2024 at 11:59 P.M. Participants can check the availability of their reward on BINANCE TH app > Voucher

Terms and Conditions

• These terms and conditions are established to inform participants of the details and conditions for participating in the activity "Get BNB token amount of THB 500 when you complete identity verification (KYC) on BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance between 1-31 Oct 2024” ("Activity"). Participants must accept and agree to the details of the activity period, the rules of participation, the rewards, and the following terms and conditions.
• This activity is organized by Gulf BINANCE Co., Ltd. (“Company”)
• Eligible participants can be classified into 2 categories as follows:
• For new individual users who have never registered on BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance before are users who successfully completed registration and identity verification (KYC) on BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance and clicked ‘Join Now’ (via this link: https://www.binance.th/en/campaign/Oct24NewUser) within the activity period.
• For individual users who have already registered on BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance but have not completed the identity verification (KYC) are users who successfully completed the identity verification (KYC) on BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance and clicked ‘Join Now’ (via this link: https://www.binance.th/en/campaign/Oct24NewUser) within the activity period.
• Participants who have completed the steps above (as applicable) will receive BNB token equivalent to 500 THB via Voucher.
• Participants who are eligible to receive the reward under this campaign (“Rewards”) are those who follow the rules of participation and terms and conditions within the activity period.
• The awarding of Reward is at the sole discretion of the Company. In the event of a dispute, or if any participant is found to be using impolite language, engaging in behavior deemed inappropriate by the Company, or exhibiting dishonest conduct or intentions, the Company reserves the right to immediately disqualify such participants from receiving any rewards associated with the activity. The Company's decision in this regard shall be final and binding.
• In the event that the Company observes any images, messages, or posts that are deemed inappropriate, potentially harmful to the Company, defamatory towards others, or causing damage to others, the Company reserves the right to immediately remove such content. Additionally, the Company retains the right to seek damages from the participants of the activity responsible for such actions.
• The Company limits the right to receive rewards to 1 right per 1 account throughout the activity period.
• The Company reserves the right to award the Reward only to participants who have never registered and/or completed the identity verification (KYC) before. If the Company discovers that the participant has previously registered and/or completed the identity verification (KYC) on BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance, the participant will be immediately disqualified from receiving the Reward. Additionally, if the Company has already awarded the Reward to the participant, the Company reserves the right to reclaim it.
• Rewards will be distributed to eligible participants via Voucher on BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance which can be categorized into 2 rounds as follows: 
• Participants who completed the campaign  by 15 October 2024 will receive a voucher by 31 October 2024; or
• Participants who completed the campaign by 31 October 2024 will receive a voucher by 18 November 2024.
• The Reward will be available until 30 November 2024 at 11.59 P.M. You can check your Reward on BINANCE TH by Gulf Binance  app > Voucher > 
• Rewards will be calculated from the exchange rate between Thai Baht and US Dollars (announced by The Bank of Thailand) and the exchange rate between US Dollars and digital token BNB (announced by www.coinmarketcap.com) of 15 October 2024 or 31 October 2024 (depending on the prize distribution rounds as mentioned above).
• Regarding reward distribution, in the event of any malfunction or circumstances beyond the Company's control, and in cases where the Company identifies an error in the awarding of rewards, the Company reserves the right to cancel the awarding of rewards and/or reclaim the rewards immediately, without prior notice to the participants of this activity.
• Participants cannot exchange rewards for cash or any other benefits from the Company and shall not transfer the right to receive the reward to any other person, nor shall the reward be used in conjunction with any other activities.
• In the event that the Company discovers that a participant eligible for a reward, or a recipient of a reward under this activity, (a) intends to use or behaves in a manner that suggests the reward will be used for business purposes or inappropriately, or (b) violates any terms and conditions of this activity, or (c) engages in fraudulent, corrupt, or illegal activities, or (d) for any other reason, is deemed ineligible to claim or use the reward, the Company reserves the right to disqualify such participants from receiving any rewards under this activity and/or reclaim any rewards already granted, and/or take any other actions deemed appropriate by the Company, without prior notice.
• The Company reserves the right to disqualify employees from participating in this activity.
• The Company reserves the right to disqualify trades that are deemed to be wash trades or illegally bulk registered accounts, as well as trades that display attributes of self-dealing or market manipulation.
• The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to consider amending, changing and/or canceling this campaign and related terms and conditions without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to cancellation, extension or suspension of this campaign, eligibility conditions, selection criteria and number of users eligible for rewards, and the length of time any action will be taken. All users must agree to be bound and accept the standard terms and conditions of this campaign.
• Participants in the activity warrant that the information used for identity verification is their own and is accurate. If the Company discovers that such information is false and/or does not belong to the participant, the Company reserves the right to cancel the reward and seek damages from the participant.
