Guide for Binance TH Affiliate Program 

The Binance TH Affiliate Program allows you to earn up to 40% of referral commission on every qualified trade, subject to the terms and conditions as set out by Binance TH. Read on to learn more about the program.

What is the Binance TH Affiliate Program?

The Binance TH Affiliate Program offers different commission rates for Spot trading of digital tokens only. You will have your unique referral links for inviting new users to register and trade on Binance TH. When someone registers through your unique referral link, they’ll be automatically attributed as your referred traders. You’ll receive a commission on every trade they make from Spot trading on digital token.

Who can apply for the Binance TH Affiliate Program?

Digital Asset community leaders and content creators (such as YouTubers) interested in becoming Binance TH Affiliate partners, who meet the following requirements, can register for the program.

1. Individuals

• Social media account with 3,000+ followers or subscribers on one or more social media platforms (Youtube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

2. Digital Asset Communities

• Financial leaders or opinion leaders with a community of 500+ members on one or more community groups (Telegram, Facebook, Whatsapp,LINE, etc.)

3. Business/Organization

• A user base of 1,000+;

• Market analysis platform with 5,000+ daily visits;

• Industry media platform;

• Digital Asset fund;

• Aggregate trading platform.

Nevertheless, we reserve our right to approve or reject any applicant for the Binance TH Affiliate program at our sole discretion.

How does the Binance TH Affiliate Program work?

Step 1: Complete the form. We will evaluate your application and contact you if you meet the program criteria.

Step 2: When your application is approved. Binance TH will contact you via your contact info that you’ve submitted

Step 3: Create posts about Binance TH (with purpose to attract more users) at least once per month and share your unique referral link to your community and you can track the performance of each referral link you share with your community and customize them for various channels using different discounts.

Step 4: Sit back, relax, and earn commissions.

When someone registers for a Binance TH account through your unique referral link, you can get up to 40% commission every time they complete a spot trading on digital tokens.

How will your Binance TH Affiliate Program membership be evaluated?

Your Binance TH Affiliate status and your commission rate will be reviewed and adjusted every quarter (90 days). Existing Binance TH Affiliates that meet the requirements below can continue to receive referral commission benefits.

Terms and Conditions

To apply for the Binance TH Affiliate Program, you must agree and accept the Binance TH Affiliate Program standard terms and conditions. 

In addition, you hereby agree that the following rules will be applicable with you as well:

Rules:

• Binance TH Affiliate acknowledges and agree to the followings:

1. the Affiliate acknowledges and accepts that the Affiliate cannot and has no influence on Binance TH’s decision in its approval process  for account opening or credit limit for the users.  

2. the Affiliate shall not provide any advice or recommendation to buy, sell or exchange in relation to any digital token;

3. the Affiliate shall not take orders to buy, sell or exchange digital tokens from users;

4. the Affiliate shall not provide or arrange users’ custodial services of their digital tokens;

• Binance TH does not allow any Affiliate member to solicit an existing Binance TH user to create a new account with the sole purpose of becoming their referee. If Binance TH determines that an Affiliate has manipulated the referral process, then your Binance TH Affiliate status will be terminated, and the commission rate will be reduced to standard referral fee (which is 20% of spot trading fee) in relation to digital tokens

• Binance TH does not allow any Affiliate member to offer any additional shared commission (share referral commission with invitee) privately. If Binance TH determines that an affiliate has offered any shared commission privately, then the affiliate’s membership will be terminated and the commission rate will be reduced to standard referral fee (which is 20% of spot trading fee) in relation to digital tokens.

• If Binance TH determines that an Affiliate conducts any damages and/or defamatory behavior to Binance TH, their Binance TH Affiliate status will be terminated, with their commission rate reduced to 0%. Binance TH  reserves the right to retrieve all prior referral commissions that have been distributed to the Affiliate’s’ accounts, including but not limited to the following scenarios: 

1. Affiliate posts false Binance TH-related information or negative comments about Binance TH on social media; 

2. Affiliate directs users to claim compensation from Binance TH; 

3. Affiliate endorses themselves by using misleading words, especially Binance TH related, including but not limited to terms such as "partnership", "cooperation", "association", etc.

• Binance TH reserves the right to disqualify users from participating in the Binance TH Affiliate Program and revoke any commissions from users who engage in dishonest or abusive activities to earn commissions. This includes bulk-account registrations to obtain additional bonuses, using “phishing” websites containing referral links, posting referral links as advertisements on search engines, and any other activity concerning unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

• Binance TH reserves the right to cancel or amend the Binance TH Affiliate Program, the benefits, the commission or program rules at our sole discretion.

• All users must strictly abide by the Binance TH Terms of Use. Any breach of the Terms of Use will exclude  the user from generating earnings for the Binance TH Affiliate Program commissions.

• Binance TH has the sole discretion to decide and determine whether an Affiliate will be entitled to earn any commissions and reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. If you have any questions, please contact customer service.

• If the system detects that a user has deleted their existing account to create a new one so they can benefit from the referral program, Binance TH  reserves the right to terminate all referral commissions from the account.

• All Affiliate members agree to be bound by and to accept the Binance TH Affiliate Program Standard Terms and Conditions.
