How to Create and Use Sub-Account on BINANCE TH

What is a sub-account?
Sub-accounts menu is available on BINANCE TH website. It allows you to trade through multiple accounts. You can use them to divide responsibilities and manage transactions.
Who is eligible to use sub-accounts?
The sub-account function is available to all BINANCE TH users who complete identity verification and enable 2FA. Each main account can create a maximum of 5 sub-accounts. The type of sub-account will be the same as the main account's. Verification level and the sub-account VIP level will also match the VIP level of the main account.
Who should use a sub-account?
Sub-accounts let users create multiple accounts to trade with API through email and virtual emails. It is suitable for individual users with advanced trading knowledge or a trading team, who may benefit from having multiple accounts to test and execute various trading strategies with, as well as users who may wish to separate their assets across different accounts for risk management purposes.
How to create a sub-account?
Log in to your master account and click [Profile] - [Sub Accounts]
On the Account Management page, click [+ Create Sub Account] on the top right of the page.
You can create a sub-account with a regular email address or virtual email address.
3.1 If you want to create a sub-account with a regular email address
Select [Create with email] and enter your email address. Please use a valid email address that is not used by another BINANCE TH account.
Then click [Get code] and enter the code that receive on email
Create and confirm password
Set permissions of the sub account for Spot trading, Easy Buy/Sell, or Crypto Deposit.
3.2 If you want to create a sub-account with a virtual email address
Select [Create with virtual email] and enter the name of your sub-account. A virtual email address using the name you’ve entered will be created.
Set permissions of the sub account for Spot trading, Easy Buy/Sell, or Crypto Deposit.
Note: The virtual email cannot be used to log in to a sub-account.
After click [confirm], enter code from the 2FA verification method you bonded to create a sub account
Once the sub-account is successfully created, you can view it under the [Account Management] tab and manage its account permissions.
How to manage sub-accounts?
Account Management
Click the [Account Management] tab to manage all sub-accounts under your main account.
Action for Account management
Freeze or Unfreeze sub account
Note: Before freezing a sub-account, be aware that all open orders will be canceled, linked API keys will be deleted, and access will be disabled, terminating all active login sessions.
Transfer Asset
Edit permission
Note: Disabling the spot trading permission will automatically cancel all open orders on the current sub-account.
Delete sub account
Note: Before deleting the target sub-account, please ensure that there are no open orders, assets, or API keysChange password (Only for "Create With Email" Sub-Account)
Reset Email (Only for "Create With Email" Sub-Account)
API Management
Go to the [API Management] tab to create and edit sub-account API Keys and API access. Each sub-account can create up to 30 API Keys, which can be used to place/inquiries/positions etc., through the sub-account in the public API interface.
How to create API Key
1.1 Click [+ Create API Key] on the top right of API management page
1.2 Choose sub account that you want to create API
1.3 Enter API Key Label, maximum 100 characters
1.4 Choose API restriction: Enable reading (required) and Enable spot trading
1.5 IP Access restriction
Unrestricted : This API key allows access from any IP address
Restrict Access to trusted IPs only, enter IP address you want to allow and click [confirm]
1.6 Enter code from the 2FA verification method you bound with to confirm.
Note: After you created the API key, please ensure that you securely saved the secret key.
Asset Management
You can view the balance of the master account and all sub-accounts under the [Asset Management] tab. You can also move assets between the master account and sub-accounts instantly without any fees.
How to transfer asset
1.1 Click [Transfer] on the top right of the Asset Management page, account list, or the token list you want to transfer.
1.2 Select the account you want to transfer from and transfer to. Then choose the transfer asset and enter the amount or click [Max].
1.3 If you want to transfer assets from sub account to main account, you can click drop down on the account list menu [Transfer Asset] and choose to transfer a specific token.
Order Management
You can browse and filter your order and trade history for spot trade by date, trading pairs, and trading side under the [Order Management] tab.
How to export trade history
1.1 Go to [Order Management] - [Trade History]
1.2 Click [Export] on the top right of Trade history page
1.3 Select the desired file type (PDF or Excel) and the date range for the data you wish to export.
Transaction History
You can view all sub-accounts’ deposit or transfer records under [Transaction History]. To export deposit or transfer history, click [Export] then select the desired file type (PDF or Excel) and the date range for the data you wish to export.
