Frequently asked Questions about NDID and ThaID
To complete the Identity Verification (KYC) process on Binance TH, you must go through the NDID or ThaID procedures.
NDID has two methods as follows:
IDP Public is a method of verifying identity via banking services (Mobile banking) and each operation takes 60 minutes. If you exceed the designated time, you can initiate a new transaction.
IDP Agent or Dip Chip service is an identity verification service using an ID card to perform Dip Chip at service channels of AIS shops, Telewiz shops, and various partners nationwide in Thailand. The operation time is 24 hours per session. If it exceeds the specified time, you can start a new transaction. You can learn more about How to register the NDID through Binance TH
ThaID is an application used for proof and identity verification (Digital ID), including a Face Verification System digitally. If you're currently experiencing difficulties in digital verification step via NDID and ThaID
Please follow the steps below to continue your KYC verification:
1. Open your account on Binance TH application.
2. Click [Unverified] status which is likely displayed on your home page.
If the system shows 'Processing', follow the instruction below:
- Click [←] sign located at the top left corner to return to the previous page.
- Once back, you can choose whether you want to proceed with ThaIDThaiD or NDID for the digital identity verification.
There are 2 available options for Digital Identity Verification you can choose:
1. ThaID (Digital Identity verification via ThaID app)
Before you click [Continue with ThaID], you're required to install ThaID app, and register an account with ThaID first. Then, return to Binance TH app, click [Continue] for the verification via ThaID.
Note: You'll receive a notification of the request to proceed on the ThaID app or you may check the request on Menu [History] on ThaID app.

2. NDID (Digital Identity verification via a preferred mobile banking app)
If you prefer NDID, click [Skip (Use NDID instead)] and proceed with NDID via the preferred mobile banking application.
Note: Ensure that you've already registered the NDID with the chosen bank.
