How to Reset Your Binance TH Account Password
You can reset your account password from the Binance TH website or App. Please note that for security reasons, withdrawals and applications will be disabled for 24 hours after resetting your password.
On Website
Forget Password
1. Go to BINANCE TH and click [Log In].
2. Click [Forget Password].
3. Enter your BINANCE TH account’s email or mobile number and click [Next].
4. The system will send you a verification code, and you will receive a verification code via the method you selected.
5. Enter a verification code in the email or phone number you entered in the previous step. Then, click [Next].
6. The system will request you to do a face scan verification before changing to a new password.
Note: You can choose to complete the face scan verification on your mobile device or on the website. To do the face scan on your phone, click ‘Continue on phone’ and then scan the QR code to proceed with the face scan.
7. Type in your new password and click [confirm].
8. Your password has been reset successfully. Please use the new password to log in to your account.
Change Password
1. Go to BINANCE TH and click [Log In].
2. Go to menu [Security] - [Advanced Security]. On the ‘Login Password’ menu, click on [Change].
3. Enter the current password, new password and confirm new password
4. The system will request you to do a face scan verification before changing a new password.
Note: You can choose to complete the face scan verification on your mobile device or on the website. To do the face scan on your phone, click ‘Continue on phone’ and then scan the QR code to proceed with the face scan.
5. Enter Security verification code according to the method you have
On Application
Forget Password
1. Go to BINANCE TH and click the [Log In / Register] button, and then click [Forget Password].
2. Enter your registered email or phone number to receive a verification code.
3. Click [Send Code], and you will receive a verification code via the method you selected.
4. Enter a verification code in the email or phone number you entered in the previous step. Then, click [Next].
5. The system will request you to do a face scan verification before changing a new password.
6. Type in your new password and click [Submit].
6. Your password has been reset successfully. Please use the new password to log in to your account.
Change Password
Go to BINANCE TH profile then click [Security] - [Change Password]. Click [Continue] to process the next step.
The system will request you to do a face scan verification before changing a new password.
Enter the current password, new password and confirm new password. Then enter the 2FA verification code according to the method you have.
Notes
You should receive a reset password successful confirmation email
If your account is registered with an email and you have enabled SMS 2FA, you can reset your password through your mobile number.
For the safety of your account, the withdrawal will be disabled for 24 hours after your password is changed
